during my stay, I was impressed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, and the easy access to nearby dining options like Cracker Barrel and Walmart Supercenter made my weekend strolls enjoyable and convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly and assisted us with our needs promptly. However, the room was in dire need of an upgrade and had an odd odor that detracted from our comfort.

Didn't like anything, except location.

We had a wonderful time exploring Jacksonville! The kids loved visiting the nearby parks and beaches, and we made some great memories together. The room we stayed in was comfy, and Josie's hospitality made it even more special, just like my previous visit.

In my wife's opinion, the pool could use some family-friendly upgrades.

The room had a musty smell when I walked in. It didn't feel clean, and the safety latch was broken, which made me uneasy. I do appreciate that the front desk staff tried to make things better for us. We got a $35 discount, which was nice, but overall, the experience was pretty underwhelming.
